Private training that is offered in a 1:1 session format with one of our training staff. This is the most individualized approach to helping you achieve your fitness goals quickly. Our team of experts has a myriad of certifications to make sure we are able to tailor specifically to individual client needs.
With a host of certifications ranging from Performance Enhancement Specialists, to Swing Speed and Titleist Performance Institute, our team is expertly trained in dealing with elite athletes. We have trained from Pro golf, hockey, football, lacrosse, and even IronMan competitors.
On staff, we have a Post Rehabilitation Medical Specialist, as well as a Corrective Exercise Specialist. Between the two, we have serviced clientele ranging from stroke survivors, to knee and hip replacements, and even complete shoulder reconstructions. We aim to meet our clientele where they are in terms of the rehabilitation process and bridge the gap between prior therapy and the return back to normal life.

Whether you need to drop a few pounds before a wedding, or you are on a journey to lose 100+ pounds, our staff has handled it all over our years in this industry. We have a Weight Loss Specialist on staff who is also trained as a Behavior Change Specialist. Our staff holds a wide variety of nutrition certifications as well to help guide you through your journey.
Looking to feel better natural energy, stronger, and optimize your sleep patterns? Our staff is trained to help guide you to better general overall health and wellness through personalized fitness programs and nutrition consultations.

On staff we have a TPI certified specialist that also holds a Swing Speed Certification. He is capable of bringing you through a golf specific assessment, and creating a program entirely tailored to improving your game on the course.
Our facility only offers 1:1 or 2:1 services for clients. We are not an open gym. As a client you can feel confident walking in for your first gym experience with our trained staff.
Our staff offers remote services for those not located in our general area. We have clients we train remotely not only in the US but internationally as well.
