What Do I Do?
I have an inherent desire to help individuals in need of assistance in getting their lives back on track. Most people think that a trainer will just help coach them through some exercises, but my abilities go far beyond that of the norm. I have a passion for learning as much about the human body as possible. My learning since I first got certified as a trainer has never stopped, nor will it. My list of certifications is ever expanding, and I love to attend seminars and weekend long summits to further my knowledge. I will help you not only expand your current knowledge of health and fitness, but also learn more about yourself, and your capabilities. This goes beyond exercise alone, and includes behavior training, nutrition coaching, and a wealth of knowledge and science behind what works and why it works.
It is important for me to handle each person as an individual, as no two people are the same. I use a multimodal approach to screening and assessing my clients. This includes not only your current fitness abilities, but your behaviors and nutrition. This allows me to foresee possible barriers we may run into, and how we can easily bypass them to keep you on track. Your current life is a product of your upbringing, and your current behaviors, knowledge, and implementation of the knowledge. I am here to teach you what will be necessary for you to improve your current life. I will help teach you how to implement this knowledge effectively to create new lasting behaviors that will lead to a betterment of your overall life quality, no matter the age or skill level you are currently at.
My Goal for You!
My goals for you moving forward, is to turn you into the best version of yourself, whether that be starting a brand new fitness journey, rehabbing an injury, enhancing your athletic abilities, increasing your endurance, or learning more about nutrition. I will teach you all the necessary skills to continue maintaining your new lifestyle on your own.
